This fixed penalty holder is our deluxe model. Made from the finest leather and fixings, this traffic wallet provides a stable writing surface for both endorsable and non endorsable tickets. Superior strength paper clamps hold tickets securely in place to prevent them moving whilst you are writing them out. The additional plastic sheet can be used to prevent write through on multiple carbon sheets stored behind.

The FP3 has 2 long areas for penalty style tickets and two full sides that will accommodate pad and PNB style tickets. The bi-fold design is securely held closed with Protec press stud buttons. All four corners of the FP3 are reinforced with metal corner protectors to prevent damage, should it ever be dropped.
