ESP Multi-purpose Cutter for Removal of Disposable Handcuffs

The cutter has an ergonomic shape with an opening for safe holding and also a hole for easy attachment to clothes or a keyring. The sharp edge of the cutter is embedded to prevent any injury during manipulation. This cutter can be used to remove disposable textile handcuffs and also for rapid cutting of car safety belts e.g. in a car accident or the safe and easy removal of clothes for emergency first aid.
