The Protec Patrol Mate is the latest addition to the Protec bag range. The Patrol Mate combines all the very best features from our M24 and M25 bags in to one neat, compact, no fuss package. Weighing in at a mere 2.4kg it’s our most light weight and mobile patrol bag to date.
The Patrol Mate is made from a new high quality 1200D Polyester, this gives it unparalleled rip resistance and toughness. It can be carried easily off your shoulder or by hand using either the grab handles or the included padded shoulder strap. The dual top zip provides easy access to all of your documents or equipment. Externally there is a padded sleeve that will take a notebook or laptop with up to a 16" screen 4 external pockets and a torch holder suitable for a D cell Maglite or similar. The largest pocket has a clear ID holder and unzips to reveal an elastic strap to keep stationary safely stowed away and organised.
Internally the bag measures 37x28x15cm, large enough to hold two full A4 ring binders and features a tough reinforced base board along with a removable Velcro divider to make quick work of organizing your documents and equipment.

Purchased this after trying various holdalls, shoulder bags and rucksacks. Fits my waterproofs, fleece, spare gloves, TOR books etc with room to spare.

Ordered this bag and it arrived next working day. I have to say it's brilliant. I have used both a rucksack and a holdall for my duty and this is a million times better than both.
It's quite rigid so will stand up on either a car seat or in the back of the van. The fabric is solid and I can tell it will take a few knocks. The pockets are brilliant and perfect size (for my stuff anyway). I'm a bit of a neat freak with a hint of OCD and a box of latex gloves fits in the largest pocket so perfectly I went weak at the knees. More seasoned officers with more kit than just a fleece and lightweight hi vis might want to get the bigger version but it's perfect for that every day bag to sling in the back. Very happy with it. -

Very quick delivery, I would highly recommend this bag to all patrol officers, the perfect size to fit in your locker, easily holds scene files statement folders and a FPN notebook with more than enough room left to fit a set of waterproofs and the rest of my kit. It's quite light for a bag this size but is put together very well, I can see this bag lasting a very long time.
