TCH Cutter for Removing Disposable Handcuffs

The TCH cutter has an ergonomic shape fitting comfortably in the hand. The slimline opening with integral cutting blade has been designed to prevent any chance on injury whilst in use. This cutter is primarily used for the safe removal of disposable textile handcuffs but can also be used for and cutting of seatbelts in a car accident or the safe and easy removal of clothes for emergency first aid.
